How information is handled

When you submit an inquiry, Gilmore Design Co. receives the contact details and project information you provide by email. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Resend processes email delivery and our email provider handles the resulting messages. Please do not include sensitive financial or personal documents. For questions about information you have shared, contact kim@gilmoredesignco.com.

External links are live.

Email and phone links open your chosen app. Client questionnaires open existing Google Forms; submitting those forms sends information to their owner under Google’s policies. Social links open the studio’s existing profiles.

No marketing tracking.

We use Vercel BotID to help protect inquiry submissions from automated abuse. It processes technical browser and request signals for security, not advertising.

This website does not use advertising pixels or visitor analytics. A hosting provider may process standard access logs to keep the website secure and operating properly.
